Course Cancellations and Rescheduling
Houston First Aid Training understands that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a course, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations

Cancellations made at least [insert notice period, e.g., 48 hours] before the course may be eligible for full credit or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full loss of payment.
Rescheduling
We make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests and may offer alternative dates based on availability.
Course Changes by Houston First Aid Training
Houston First Aid Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly, and full refunds or alternative course options will be offered.
